So we got quotes on steel buildings today it likes like we will need a $35,000 loan for the building, for the interior finishing materials, a well, septic, clearing, foundation,a sign, a lift, some new tools, maybe a credit card machine, maybe a new desktop computer, and a furnace. The building will be so awesome once its finished. I can't wait for a new office. Adam can't wait for a new work area. We are getting a wide and tall door and a heavy duty lift for rvs, and u-hauls and stuff. We are so busy. Its so exciting .

thanks. Yeah we've been talking about putting up a new building for awhile but we didn't have any land but now Adams parents offered us some that we will build on now and buy later ...20 acres so we can put our house on it too. And my parents offered to co-sign if we need help getting a loan. Yeah so just in the past couple weeks the talk has gotten really serious. We are getting so much business right now we need another lift and a better building. If business keeps going like it is we might have to hire someone part-time. Its awesome.How are things going with you and Mattand apartments and everything?
